Why Not Trial A Day First?
Try us out with a day visit for you and your family. If you would like to become a member, then please present your receipt before leaving on the day of your visit and you can get back the cost of your admission fee for the day off the cost of membership!
Ask a member of the Reception Team for more details, and if you are a tax payer you can also elect to allow the National Forest Company to reclaim the tax paid on your membership fee as a charitable donation (Gift Aid) to help improve and enhance CONKERS and The National Forest area or .

With your Membership you can visit as many times as you wish during normal entry hours and days for an entire year. You will get discounts for evening and special events, restaurant offers and a newsletter with news and views and activities posted to you at least three times a year.

Please note that the Waterside Centre is not open to members during the set up and operation of the Winter Wonderland event. Don’t forget the rest of CONKERS 108 acres are open (including the Discovery Centre with indoor play)!
Christmas Day, Boxing Day & certain weekdays we are delivering maintenance. We are open every weekend throughout January!
Your pass is only valid for those adults and children named on it.
But if you wish to introduce a friend or family member, you can purchase passes or gift vouchers for the day and if they enjoy their day, we will take their visit cost off the price of membership so they can join in the fun too!
Yes! Ask the supervising adult to bring relevant details and we will be happy to access the child’s information on our system.
Please note that your membership does not cover free entry to every event or concert or Winter Wonderland programme or Vertigo Adventures or Outdoor Pursuit Activities. We try to discount tickets for these where possible.

Gift Aid
If you are a UK tax payer, you can help to support the charitable work of the National Forest Company (the owners of CONKERS) by choosing to Gift Aid your admission.
Our daily admission ticket or annual membership contains a small, suggested donation to the charity to enhance CONKERS and the wider National Forest. You can choose not to pay this small donation if you wish, but without it we cannot claim Gift Aid. With it, we can claim back the tax on the whole amount of your admission from Government, which works out at an extra 25p for every £1 you spend.
There’s no need to complete any forms, we’ll just ask for a few details when you pay. If you are purchasing tickets online, you can simply click the ‘Buy Gift Aid Tickets’ button.
