Private Parties & Rooms To Hire at CONKERS

CONKERS is an ideal location for your next celebration! We have a selection of spaces available, each space offering something different to your event. In the past we have hosted a range of events including Birthday Parties, Wakes, Charity Balls, and Awards Evenings. You could even add an outdoor activity into your day! 

We design our function rooms to meet your individual requirements including corporate branding, themes and floral arrangements. Our three licensed restaurants can create bespoke menus to meet your needs.

Try a different type of party! The outdoor environment of growing woodlands and lakes allows CONKERS to offer a superb range of Team Building and Outdoor Pursuit activities – why not try some for a great social day out with friends.

The Gallery Suite

This is the ideal space for an event, day or night time. It hosts a conservatory area lighting the room perfectly in summer months. This layout of this room is very versatile; tables can be positioned to suit your event and it can even have a dance floor area if required. It can hold up to 110 guests and has a fully stocked bar. 

The Forest Hall

The Forest Hall is our larger event space which can hold up to 250 guests. This space transforms magically in an evening providing the ultimate setting for Charity Balls or larger parties. This space has with a dance floor area, large round tables and a fully stocked bar.  


Waters Edge is the perfect setting for a summer event. You can enjoy a BBQ and drinks on our decking area overlooking the private lake. The inside space includes a fully stocked bar. This venue can hold up to 120 guests.

Looking for a unique space? Don’t forget CONKERS has a 4D cinema available to hire and our covered amphitheatre which seats up to 600! 

Here at CONKERS we can also provide catering for your event. We offer a huge variety of different menus for you to choose from, including: Hog Roast, BBQ, a Hot & Cold Buffet Selection, a Carvery, and Two- and Three- Course Sit-Down Meal. Within each of these menus there is room for adaptation to create a bespoke menu of your choice. We can also cater for all dietary requirements. Contact our Events Coordinator for sample menus!

The Root Of CONKERS Hospitality

CONKERS is situated in an inspiring woodland environment in The National Forest. Easily accessible in the East Midlands near Birmingham – CONKERS is just five miles from Junction 11 off the M42. Free car and coach parking is available on site. 

It is a fantastic location for private parties for families and friends, adults and children. CONKERS offers a choice of five function rooms that can cater for between 50 and 250 people and can even offer you a 600 seat outdoor covered amphitheatre as a really unusual venue!

Each event is personally organised by our Customer Services Manager working closely with you to ensure that your event is worry free and exceeds your needs and expectations.
