Corporate Meetings/Conferences

Have you thought about CONKERS as a venue for your meetings or conferences? CONKERS is based in a rural, accessible location, just 5 miles from the M42 and within 5-30 miles of Burton on Trent, Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham. We have a variety of spaces available to hire, each space offering something different. You could also combine your meeting or conference with leisure time in our 120 acre attraction! Don’t forget we have plenty of free car parking for all your delegates!

Our Spaces

The Rawdon Room
The Rawdon Room is our smallest meeting room and suitable for smaller groups or those wanting a more intimate meeting. This space can cater for a maximum of 50 delegates. This room is equipped with a projector and screen and free wifi connection.

The Gallery Suite
The Gallery Suite is our larger space and ideal for larger meetings and conferences. This space can cater for a maximum of 100 delegates. This room is equipped with a projector and screen and free wifi connection.

The 4D Cinema
Our 4D cinema can be transformed into the perfect space for a conference. Our cinema seats 80. This room has a very large screen to projector on to and also includes free wifi connection.

The Amphitheatre @ Waterside
Our covered amphitheatre provides an unusual venue for your conferences. This is great for use as a summer venue and can seat up to 600 delegates. 

Your Day

We have many different packages available for corporate and conference events here at CONKERS. However we also understand you may have specific requirements or ideas for your corporate event. We endeavour to meet all your needs, so please do ask the Events Coordinator about any requirements you have!

Here at CONKERS we can also provide catering for your meeting or conference. We offer a huge variety of different menus for you to choose from, including: Hog Roast, BBQ, a Hot & Cold Buffet Selection, a Carvery, and Two & Three Course Meals. Within each of these menus there is room for adaptation to create a bespoke menu of your choice. We can also cater for all dietary requirements. (Contact our Events Coordinator for sample menus)

We provide the highest quality food and wine for guests and we cater for brunches, finger buffets through to luncheons and formal dinners. Our chefs can create bespoke menus to meet all of your individual needs.
